AGREEMENT WITH NASHVILLE DENTAL, INC.

Montreal, June 5, 2009 – ProDrive Systems today announced an agreement to distribute ProDrive products through Nashville Dental. Among the members of the American Dental Cooperative (ADC), Nashville Dental is the sixth ADC member to distribute ProDrive in North America since its commercial launch in January 2009.
