TURNER TECHNOLOGY INSTRUMENTS INC. (TTi) APPOINTS
GERALD SLEMKO TO BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Montreal, March 31, 2009 – Turner Technology Instruments Inc. (TTi), a parent company to ProDrive Systems, today announced that Gerald Slemko has been appointed to the Board of Directors. Mr. Slemko currently holds the position of Managing Partner at Chelsey Corporation, a private investment management firm, and President & CEO of Cuddy International Corporation. Mr. Slemko is currently a Board Member of the EllisDon Corporation and Landmark Global Financial Corporation, a TSX listed company, where he is also Chair of the Audit Committee. Gerald Slemko graduated with an Honors BA from The Ivey Business School and began his career with PricewaterhouseCoopers, obtaining his CA designation with Honors in 1977.
