PRODRIVE SYSTEMS ANNOUNCES DISTRIBUTION PARTNERSHIP WITH AMERICAN DENTAL COOPERATIVE MEMBERS
ProDrive Systems and the American Dental Cooperative partner to provide coast-to-coast access to dentists through trusted and experienced distribution network.
MONTREAL, February 25, 2009 – ProDrive Systems Inc., today announced that ProDrive products will be sold through American Dental Cooperative (ADC) members, an influential network of 26 dental industry distributors providing access to customers coast-to-coast.
ProDrive Systems has already demonstrated great success with three leading ADC members; Atlanta Dental, Goetze Dental and Iowa Dental Supply. These initial distributors have received overwhelmingly positive responses from customers who are excited about the performance enhancement ProDrive provides their handpieces. Importantly, resellers report that offering ProDrive provides a competitive advantage and has already opened new office accounts.
"ProDrive Systems’ unique and exciting products are a welcome addition to our dental supply distributors in the United States. A guiding principle at the ADC is to evaluate new and emerging products that have a positive impact on practice efficiency and the quality of dentistry,” said Lori V. Paulson, Vice President of Marketing and Dental Programs, American Dental Cooperative. “Atlanta Dental and Goetze Dental, members of our Equipment committee, had key opinion leaders conduct extensive testing on ProDrive, and feedback was conclusive - ProDrive delivers. The ADC will scale ProDrive availability through our additional members throughout 2009.”
“The ADC has a far-reaching national network of dealers, with important competitive advantage - each reseller has an intimate knowledge of their customers and strong historical roots in the community." said Richard St-Pierre, CEO of ProDrive Systems. “We understand how important trust relationships are in the dental industry and we’re proud to have earned the ADC’s confidence and partner with them to bring ProDrive to market."
The ProDrive System
The patented ProDrive System improves handpiece cut speed, provides smoother cutting and a superior accuracy in cut when compared to the same handpiece with a traditional friction grip turbine. Extensive engineering tests demonstrate that Kavo, Midwest and Star handpieces upgraded to ProDrive provide substantially improved performance and provide significant efficiency improvements to the dentist.
