AGREEMENT WITH ATLANTA DENTAL SUPPLY

Montreal, January 28, 2009 – ProDrive Systems today announced an agreement to distribute ProDrive products through Atlanta Dental Supply. Atlanta Dental is a leading member of the American Dental Cooperative (ADC), and a member of the new Product Evaluation Committee. The ADC is a twenty-six-member dental collective serving North America. Atlanta Dental was the first major dental distributor to launch ProDrive in Southeastern USA.
