PRODRIVE SYSTEMS AND HANDPIECE EXPERTS SIGN AGREEMENT WITH MATTINA INC. FOR MASTER DISTRIBUTION AND LICENSE OF BUSINESS MODEL IN MIDDLE EAST, NORTH AFRICA, TURKEY, PAKISTAN AND INDIA
Montreal, April 24, 2008 - ProDrive Systems and Handpiece Experts today announced an agreement granting maTTIna Inc., a company headquartered in Dubai, U.A.E., Master Distributor rights for the ProDrive System - a new, patented dental technology that improves the performance of dental handpieces. The recently signed agreement also includes licensing rights for the Handpiece Experts Dealer business model, distribution systems and operation tools.
