JOINING HANDPIECE EXPERTS NETWORK

Montreal, February 7, 2008 - ProDrive Systems and Handpiece Experts announced today that Dispatch Dental Services in California has joined the Handpiece Experts Network of Certified Dealers. This announcement follows a number a recent additions to the Handpiece Experts Network from New York, Arizona, and Alabama. Dispatch Dental Services provides high quality handpiece repair and sales services to local dentists.

The addition of Dispatch Dental Services in California further broadens the nationwide Handpiece Experts Network.
