HANDPIECE EXPERTS EXPANDS HANDPIECE PARTS SUPPLY AGREEMENT WITH DENTSPLY TO INCLUDE ELECTRIC HANDPIECE PARTS

Montreal, January 22, 2008 - ProDrive Systems and Handpiece Experts today announced a parts agreement with Dentsply to expand the Handpiece Experts parts catalogue to now include Midwest brand electric handpiece parts. With this agreement, Handpiece Experts Certified Dealers can service and install a range of Midwest electric handpiece parts. Dentsply has also agreed to provide Handpiece Experts Certified Dealers with advanced repair training for Midwest brand air and electric handpieces. The Handpiece Experts network of certified dealers currently numbers over 100 coast-to-coast in North America, and is targeted to grow to 400 by March 2009.
