Dr. Derek M. J. Turner
Founder & Chairman

Dr. Turner is an Ottawa dentist with over 35 years' experience in private practice. He pioneered multi-dentist group practice and management in Canada, and was also a forerunner in the use of computers in dental practices in 1979. In the 1980s, while maintaining a busy dental practice, Dr. Turner cooperatively built and managed 13 dental offices in Ottawa. He has been an invited associate instructor at the PCC Advanced Dentistry Courses in Provo, Utah, and is currrently a guest lecturer at the Scottsdale Center for Dentistry in Arizona, a state-of-the-art continuing education center for graduate dentists. Dr. Turner received his BSc from the University of Ottawa in 1968, and his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from the University of Toronto in 1972.

Gerald Slemko

Gerald Slemko is currently Managing Partner of Chelsey Corporation, a private investment management company. He is on the Board and Chair of the Audit Committee of Landmark Global Financial Corporation, a TSX listed company. Gerald is also on the Board and Audit committee of EllisDon Corporation and is President and CEO of Cuddy International Corporation.  Prior to joining Cuddy International Corporation, Gerald was CEO and founder of Oracle, the Assistance Group which introduced OEM roadside assistance programs and nurse provided telehealth to Canada. Gerald has been involved in a number of businesses, both as an active manager/owner and as an investor. Gerald graduated with an Honors BA from The Ivey Business School and began his career with Price Waterhouse Coopers, and obtained his CA with honors in 1977.

Garry Thom

Over the past 30 years, Garry Thom has been involved in private wealth management firms in the financial services industry, at the levels of founder, senior executive and director. Most recently he has been engaged as a private independent financial consultant and investment banking executive to high net worth family and corporate clients. Garry's integrated and extensive financial and business experience is well recognized in the industry, garnering him many financial professional designations throughout his career.

Richard is an energetic strategist with 16 years of experience in leading teams through complex business challenges. Mark Scott
Vice President Marketing & Product Management

Mark Scott has managed marketing strategies and projects for several companies and institutions, including Rolls-Royce Aerospace, The Canadian Space Agency and has recently managed marketing communications for Zero-Knowledge Systems, a $100-million venture-funded software company and for Optosecurity, a venture financed company developing new patented products for the aviation and critical infrastructure security markets.

Mark Powell
Vice President Sales

Mark Powell is the President of the Board of Governors at Valdosta State University, Valdosta, Georgia, and is currently a member and manager for Hook-R-Slice Investment Group. Mr. Powell was also the co-owner and Vice-President of an orthopedic distribution network. This network was directly responsible for managing an organization that consistently ranked in the top three in nationwide sales.

Yvon Roy, CA
Vice President of Finance

Yvon Roy is a seasoned chartered accountant (CA) who, as Vice-president of finance of ProDrive Systems, brings solid direct finance experience to the management team. Previously, Yvon was Corporate Controller at Actional Corporation, a Silicon Valley venture-funded software company (now Progress Software – NASDAQ: PRGS). Prior to Actional, he worked as a senior consultant in the corporate tax department with KPMG LLP. Yvon started his career with PricewaterhouseCoopers where he held several positions in the assurance & in the financial advisory services.

Dave Ingram
Director of Manufacturing

Dave Ingram has more than 20 years' experience managing product R&D, development and engineering projects, including product development for start-up companies. Dave also has extensive experience in supply chain management for new products. Prior to joining the team Dave worked for BreconRidge of Ottawa, a company specializing in the design and development of new products.

Kevin Bailey
Director of Product Design & Development

Kevin Bailey has 23 years of R&D design and management experience in the development of innovative products. His work has involved projects for global companies in the telecom, medical and retail markets. Kevin graduated mechanical engineering at the University of Waterloo in 1984 and holds 16 patents in both utility and design of new products

Dr. Welberne Reesor
Director of Practice Advisors

Dr. Welberne Reesor is a founding partner of Holland Cross Dental Centre in Ottawa, and a co-founder and director of ProDrive Systems. Past President of the Ottawa Dental Society and former Governor of the Ontario Dental Association, Dr. Reesor graduated from the University of Toronto with a DDS degree and has 45 years experience in group practice with emphasis on prevention, periodontal evaluation and treatment, and restorative dentistry.
