ProDrive has employed significant efforts to refine its commercial strategies, including engaging industry experts to examine and critique them:

1. Strategic Dental Marketing

Strategic Dental Marketing provided three services to help us refine our strategy:

•  Reviewed our commercialization strategy.
•  Provided consultation and guidance in selecting a distribution strategy.
•  Provided custom research services via questionnaires to over 200 participating dentists.

2. American Dental Association

ProDrive relied on the American Dental Association's reference library to help define market size and demographics in the United States. Key to this was the purchase of an American Dental Association study on the regional distribution of dentists and key demographics for regional markets.

3. Leading Dental Industry Brand Partners

One of the most critical steps in determining the true value of ProDrive products in the dental market is sounding out the opinion of leading dental industry brand vendors, manufacturers and distributors. ProDrive has had several strategic meetings with executives of the leading dental brands, and we have discovered unanimous appreciation for the value of ProDrive products from the market.
